There’s a part of us that’s itching to be heard. That wants to play, create, and do the things that bring us joy, but it doesn’t have permission. We learned to silence that part of ourselves when we experienced the satisfying rush of praise for doing and producing what others expected of us.

But there’s another way: one where we feel confident & guilt-free prioritizing what brings us joy.

We’ll cover: The research behind joy and happiness, so you can comfort your inner critic—the part of you that chases joy through people pleasing and perfectionism—and give yourself the safety to freely put time and energy into prioritizing that which brings you joy. Learn why joyful actions aren’t trivial or frivolous, but are essential ingredients to enjoying and finding satisfaction in life. They are the gas for our relationships to work, friends, family, and self.

We’ll also spend time getting in touch with what brings you joy, using visualization to reconnect to experiences you’ve long forgotten, & then you’ll leave with an action plan to take steps toward adding some of those joyful pieces to your life.
